AUTUMN DETOX RESET   OCT 11-NOV 1, 2020

WHAT IS THE DETOX RESET PROGRAM?

A reset is a defined time to create clarity and promote healthy functioning in the body and mind. According to the 5000

year-old wisdom Ayurveda, Fall is the perfect time to detox they body as the solar energy fades and root vegetables and grains become abundant in the natural world. 

 

When we reset in the Fall, we clear out the heat from the Summer. We ground down and nourish to prepare for the winter. This reset works with your unique constitution and goals, so it will look a little different for everyone. 

 

WHO IS THE DETOX RESET FOR?

The reset is for anyone who wants to:

  • Experience more energy

  • Align with the rhythms of the seasons

  • Learn about how food, and timing of eating, affect health

  • Begin to lose excess weight

  • Create a digestive reset

  • Build better immunity

  • Experience more mental clarity

  • Be a part of a group for support and accountability

  • Learn more about Ayurveda

  • Try detoxing for the first time

  • Experience a different kind of detox

HOW DOES THE DETOX RESET PROGRAM WORK?

 

Every Sunday, you will receive a video lesson from Hannah about what to do during that week

Each week, you will have two live Zoom calls when you can share and support each other. Sundays at 7pm EST and Wednesdays at 12 noon EST. (If you cannot make those live, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.)

You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect, receive resources, and share your experience with a supportive community. This is also where the recordings of the calls will be posted. 

You will have access to yoga videos throughout the cleanse

You will also receive a written reset guide and a recipe collection

Week 1:  Easing in - clean up your diet and daily schedule. 

 

Week 2:  Reset week starts off with a cleanse day. Focus on intentionality, creating ease and space

Week 3:  Easing out - move back into your "normal" life. What will you take with you?
