Anatomy in Yoga- Not what you think!

As we move toward Vata season, where the elements of Air and Space can make us more ungrounded, anxious and scattered, it's important for us to connect with things that ground us. The body is always the best place to start.

Many of us live out our days disconnected from our bodies, yet the body is the gateway to all self-knowledge. Practicing yoga is one way to connect with the body as a teacher. Knowing anatomy can help with understanding sensation and intuition that comes from a regular yoga practice.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Libby Hinsley,

E-RYT, PT, and Yoga Therapist, about the "Importance of Anatomy in Yoga."

What she shares in 30 minutes is so inspiring. Enjoy!
