How are you doing with this pandemic?

Let me ask you a few questions:


Do you feel that you are successfully living your life purpose?


Do you feel confident in who you are at this point in time?


Is there a part of you that has given up and thrown in the towel lately, falling back into bad habits because, well...what's the point?


PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP!


I am here to remind you that how you show up in the world each day matters, even if it is just in your own living room. Your energy, outlook, effort, and actions matter because they contribute to the energy of the greater whole.


Your habits (physical, mental, and spiritual) determine the quality of your life. This is why I dedicate my time and energy to teaching others better habits. 


Members of the Vitality Circle, have reminded me over and over during the past 2.5 months that they would be lost in fear, falling into self-sabotage, and caught in detrimental internal conflict, if it wasn't for the habits they have acquired within this community of positive focused women. I want more people to experience this support and transformation - it's critical during this time!


This is your reset opportunity! As states open back up and you decide how you want to engage in the world at this point in time, I want you to consider this quote from James Clear, author of Atomic Habits: "There are 3 primary drivers of results in life:

1) Your luck (randomness). 2) Your strategy (choices). 3) Your actions (habits).

Only 2 of the 3 are under your control. But if you master those 2, you can improve the odds that luck will work for you rather than against you."


Once we acknowledge that is it truly our habits, over time, that make the biggest differences in living our lives, we can empower ourselves to achieve greater success, personally and collectively.  Albert Gray, a life insurance executive at Prudential, discussed the importance of habits in the 1940s:


"Every single qualification for success is acquired through habit. People form habits and habits form futures. If you do not deliberately form good habits, then unconsciously you will form bad ones.


You are the kind of person you are because you have formed the habit of being that kind of person, and the only way you can change is through habit."


Are ready to make some changes? The world has offered you a reset button. I am here to facilitate that shift.
