Burn out the Kapha!

Springtime is here and with it comes congestion, lethargy, and stagnation. We need to burn through the Earth and Water elements (Kapha) of the cool, wet time of year so it doesn't lodge in our bodies. What better way to do that than to do some sun salutation in the morning? Sun Salutations build heat in the body so the blood flows more easily the mind is more awake and the energy deep within you gets activated for your day.

You can start with just two Sun Salutations, as I've demonstrated in this video, and work your way up to doing more until you do 6-10 each morning. It really makes a huge difference and will help you ward off congestion of your body and your mind. Give it a try!
