Do you struggle with bingeing?

For all the love we have for food, there are challenges many of us face in our relationship to how, when, and why we eat.

Nourishment is necessary for life, but our relationship with that nourishment becomes more complex when we are rewarded, shamed, or pacified with food. As we live our lives and experience challenges, trauma, and judgement, emotions get piled on top of eating which leads to a complex relationship with food. One of those challenges is bingeing.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Rashanda Yates on the topic of shifting from bingeing to self-love. Rashanda is a coach for women who are ready to transform their relationship with food and thereby transform their relationship with themselves. It was amazing to see the alignment with what I teach in my programs too. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation.
