WHAT IS THE DETOX?
Most detox programs involve drastic changes and depleting protocols.
This Detox Program is about creating deep and gentle nourishment for body, mind, and spirit.
It is a chance to unplug from the demands of everyday life and focus on your deeper body wisdom.
This SPRING DETOX is a defined time to create clarity and promote healthy functioning in the body and mind.
According to the 5000 year-old wisdom of Ayurveda, Spring is the perfect time to detox to clear stagnation from the winter as the solar energy builds and fresh food becomes abundant.
When we detox and reset our whole system in the Spring, we clear out the stagnation from the Winter and invigorate every cell in our bodies with fresh energy.
We cleanse the liver and prepare for the coming heat of summer.
This reset works with your unique constitution and goals, so it will look a little different for everyone.

HOW DOES THE DETOX PROGRAM WORK?
Every Sunday, you will receive a video lesson from Hannah about what to do during that week.
Each week, you will have two live Zoom calls when you can learn more Ayurveda, ask questions, and share and support each other: Mondays at 7pm EST and Thursdays at 12 noon EST. (If you cannot make those live, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.)
You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect, receive resources, and share your experience with a supportive community.

Week 1: BODY: focus on cleaning up the diet, refining the quality of the energy you experience daily and easing into the detox routine and menus
Week 2: MIND: focus on intentionality, what is arising as you let go of toxins, and create ease and space in your days
Week 3: SPIRIT: focus on new clarity, emerge from detox, moving back into your "normal" life with newfound lightness.
