Hello friends,


Come find my group on Facebook! Everyone is welcome here. I created this group in response to the COVID-19 epidemic to offer daily, Monday-Friday, 30-40 minute yoga practices as Facebook Lives. It has now become an important part of the day for many people as our world continues to evolve in new ways. 


I lead classes each day, M-F, from 7:00-7:40ish am EST since Sunday, March 22, 2020.

I see a real need for the daily medicine of Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda to balance out the anxiety, overwhelm, and uncertainty in our daily lives.


I am here to share honestly and vulnerably from my heart for FREE.

With things shifting in our global landscape on the daily, I simply want to give what I have to share in hopes of doing my part to heal the world during this critical time.

Hannah is trained in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga with additional training in Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Kid's Yoga, Prenatal/postnatal Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, Therapeutic, and Restorative Yoga.

She incorporates her knowledge of Ayurveda into her yoga classes with the goal that her students learn how their practices can help with seasonal alignment for greater joy and ease.
