Hannah is trained in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga with additional training in Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Kid's Yoga, Prenatal/postnatal Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, Therapeutic, and Restorative Yoga.
She incorporates her knowledge of Ayurveda into her yoga classes with the goal that her students learn how their practices can help with seasonal alignment for greater joy and ease.
