What is a Detox Reset Program?

 

A detox is a defined time to create clarity and promote healthy functioning in the body and mind.

According to the 5000 year-old wisdom Ayurveda, Autumn is the perfect time to detox the body as the solar energy fades and our digestive strength needs a reboot. 

When we detox and reset in the Autumn, we clear out the imbalanced heat from the Summer.

We ground down and nourish to prepare for the winter.

We recalibrate the gut microbiome, our space, and our schedules to align with more ease and support. 

This Detox works as a reset for your entire being. 

Honoring your unique constitution and goals, it will look a little different for everyone.

This Detox is a gentle, supportive reset.

Unlike typical detox programs that focus only on food, this reset addresses your whole being: digestion, daily rhythms, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Instead of restriction, we focus on nourishment, rhythm, and sustainable habits that support your body long after the detox ends.

Rooted in Ayurvedic Principles, this detox teaches you how to care for your body in a way that is sustainable and aligned with nature.

You’ll be guided to work with your body through seasonal rhythms, honoring your unique constitution while being held in a supportive community.

This is not a one-size-fits-all cleanse. It’s a personalized, seasonal reset rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom.

Join Autumn Detox

How Does The Detox Program Work?

Every Sunday, you will receive access to a video lesson from Hannah about what to do during that week.

Each week, you will have two live Zoom calls where you can share and support each other. Mondays at 7pm ET and Thursdays at 12 noon ET. (If you cannot make those live, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.)

You will have (optional) access to a private Facebook group where you can connect, receive resources, and share your experience with a supportive community. ​

You will have access to yoga videos throughout the cleanse.

You will also receive a printable DETOX GUIDE and a DETOX RECIPE COLLECTION.

Week 1: Easing In

Clean up your diet and daily schedule. Simplifying food and life.

Week 2: Detox Week

This week is designed by you. Focus on intentionality, creating ease, and space.

Week 3: Easing Out

Move back into your "normal" life, notice the difference. What will you take with you?

About Hannah

 

Hannah Levin is an Ayurveda Practitioner, Yoga teacher, and Yoga Health Coach who also holds a Master's Degree in Teaching. Hannah delights in guiding women out of self-care neglect to live their best lives and age gracefully through diet and lifestyle changes. 

Her clients report lasting weight loss, regaining the ability to sleep well, clearing digestive issues, reversing autoimmune diseases, feeling 10-20 years younger, and loving their lives to a greater degree after implementing her teachings.

Hannah hosts the popular Heartfelt Yoga and Ayurveda group on Facebook, where she offers daily yoga and special Ayurveda teaching events.
