SpringĀ Women's Wisdom Workshop 2026

This workshop arises out of my continued desire to support women in living their best lives through implementing simple food, lifestyle, and mindset changes that lead to HUGE results.

Each season we are embracing different elements in nature, and different aspects of our lives. The more we know about how to balance and create harmony with those elements, the more easeful life gets. It can really be that simple.

Menopause is a profound transformative rite of passage in a woman's life, and yet we live in a world where it is fraught with physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

We come together each season to focus on specific aspects of menopause. Spring invites us to tune into the liver cleansing, rebuilding the digestive fire (Agni), and birthing a New Self!

On April 24th & 25th , you will receive an email sharing the the Zoom link and workbook for the workshop. This amazing workshop will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording.
