Every Sunday, you will receive access to a video lesson from Hannah about what to do during that week.

Each week, you will have two live Zoom calls where you can share and support each other. Mondays at 7pm ET and Thursdays at 12 noon ET. (If you cannot make those live, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.)

You will have (optional) access to a private Facebook group where you can connect, receive resources, and share your experience with a supportive community. ‚Äč

You will have access to yoga videos throughout the cleanse.

You will also receive a printable DETOX GUIDE and a DETOX RECIPE COLLECTION.
