Ayurveda

Ayur= Life. Veda= Knowledge. Ayurveda will be explored through sessions on seasonal alignment, as well as individual self-care practices. All levels of student are welcome. 

Creativity 

From writing to drawing, singing to creative movement, we will explore creativity from various angles as a way to access deeper knowing, play, and connectivity. No prior skill needed in any of these areas. 

Yoga

A mixture of gentle, energizing, restorative, and flow yoga will be offered. Appropriate for all levels. Yoga will be held every morning and then woven into various aspects of the retreat. 

A retreat with Hannah is an opportunity to be in community with a group of special women supporting each other on their health journeys while learning and having fun together!

About The Prama Institute 

Where health meets happiness.

Prama means “dynamic balance” in Sanskrit. On an individual level, this means fostering harmony between body, mind, and spirit. On a collective level, it means stewarding balance between people, community, and environment.

The Prama Institute is located on 150 acres in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. The center borders the scenic French Broad River and is only 25 min from downtown Asheville and 5 min from historic Marshall NC

Massages are available for $100 for 60 minutes and $140 for 90 minutes. The massages room is located at the Wellness center. Massages need to be booked at least 10 days in advance of the retreat. Please reserve online

Housing Options

(all options include all meals and all sessions with Hannah)

Prama's housng options are not all uniform. Bed sizes and arrangements may vary. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. Some participants will be housed at the main center and others will be in the Wellness Center. 

 Hannah Levin is an Ayurveda Health Counselor, Yoga teacher, and Yoga Health Coach who delights in guiding women out of self-care neglect to live their best lives and age gracefully. She also holds a Master's Degree in Teaching. 

Her clients report lasting weight loss, regaining the ability to sleep well, clearing digestive issues, reversing autoimmune diseases, feeling 10-20 years younger, and loving their lives to a greater degree after implementing her teachings.

Hannah hosts the popular Heartfelt Yoga and Ayurveda group on Facebook, where she offers yoga and special Ayurveda teaching events. She also leads the Vitality Circle, her signature, in-depth, year-long Ayurveda and mindset program for women and has Evolve, an intro to Ayurveda course for busy women. Hannah leads online and in-person retreats and 2 Detoxes a year. 

Hannah is also a potter, musician, and dancer. She lives on a beautiful homestead in Floyd, Virginia with her amazing partner David, bonus children Otis and Juniper, and dog Bosco.
