Gather for a four-day retreat for inner-work and holistic wellbeing in a cocoon of warmth and support. Explore nourishing Autumn energy while nestled in the rural landscape of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. Two experienced healers will guide you on a deep dive experience of healing and growth within a supportive community of women.

Ayurveda

Ayur= Life. Veda= Knowledge. Ayurveda will be explored through sessions on seasonal alignment, as well as individual self-care practices. All levels of experience are welcome. 

Art Therapy

From writing to drawing, singing to creative movement, we will explore creativity from various angles as a way to access deeper knowing, self-discovery, and connectivity. No prior skill needed in any of these areas. 

Yoga

A mixture of gentle, energizing, restorative, and flow yoga will be offered. Appropriate for all levels. Yoga will be held every morning and the teachings will be woven into various aspects of the retreat.

About Hannah

Hannah Elizabeth Levin is the founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing LLC. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and yoga teacher (E-RYT, YACEP) who also holds a masters degree in teaching.

Her own healing path through chronic allergies, anxiety, sleep struggles, digestive issues, and chronic hip pain led her to the healing found in yoga and Ayurveda. Her mission is to alleviate unnecessary suffering in the world. 

Today, Hannah expertly guides women to regain their optimal health and vitality through her online coaching programs, seasonal detoxes, and retreats. She supports women to create diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes so they can have vibrant energy, lose weight, sleep well, get off medications, reverse autoimmune conditions, love themselves, live authentically, age gracefully, and fulfill their wildest dreams!

Hannah lives in beautiful Floyd, VA.

Kate King is a master’s level licensed professional counselor and board-certified art therapist who has been in practice for seventeen years. Kate owns and operates a private practice where she currently sees clients for Radiant Life Coaching, and offers workshops and retreats. Kate is also a professional artist, creative entrepreneur, and the author of two published books and an oracle deck:
