Autumn Women's Wisdom Workshop: Menopause

This workshop arises out of my continued desire to support women in living their best lives through implementing simple diet and lifestyle changes that lead to HUGE results.

As we navigate this third, (and longest) life stage, we need to learn a new paradigm of what self-care means and how to befriend our bodies and minds as they change.

My goal is to alleviate unnecessary suffering. This requires ongoing evolution. Each season we are embracing different elements. The more we know about how to balance and create harmony with those elements, the more easeful life gets. It can really be that simple.

Implement the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda for more ease and joy in your daily life.

Examine how to shift into more profound alignment with yourself. 

Align with the Autumn in new and meaningful ways and learn how true self-care is never selfish. 

Block off this time so it can be free of distractions, and you can be ready to engage with the workshop. All the wonderful wisdom that will be shared will empower you to live with greater ease this Autumn. 

On October 22, you will receive an email sharing the the Zoom link for the workshop. This amazing workshop will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording.
