To Detox Or Not To Detox...

By now you probably know that I lead a spring and a fall detox.

What you might not know is how this experience could benefit YOU. 

Let me help you determine if this is right for you to detox!

Ayurvedic wisdom teaches us that doing detoxes in the Spring and the Autumn of each year is very helpful for increasing longevity, rebalancing the gut (which is the seat of your immunity), and decreasing inflammation (the root of most modern diseases).

If you are experiencing ANY of the following, the Spring Detox would be GREAT for you:

  •  Digestion, feeling off/weak (bloated, gassy, acid reflux, slow digestion)
  •  Elimination issues (diarrhea or constipation, variable elimination)
  •  Lack of energy (feeling unmotivated, uninspired, or experiencing energy dips)
  •  Lack of mental clarity (trouble focusing, retaining information, or feeling too tired)
  •  Weight loss struggles or stalling (not knowing what to do next to lose weight)
  •  Sleep issues (falling asleep, staying asleep, getting quality sleep)
  •  Allergies (seasonal, environmental, food, or otherwise)

Detoxing is NOT right for you if you are:

  •  Debilitated from recent illness
  •  Currently undergoing treatments for any disease
  •  Currently (or recently) struggling with disordered eating
