This is a wonderful month for us to celebrate connectivity, nourishment, and taking action as we embark on Kapha season, the season of Earth and Water.
I am going to Costa Rica next week where adventures will be many, nourishing food will be plentiful, and our community will connect and celebrate the Lunar New Year AND Valentine's Day!

I am so excited to share this grain-free, gluten-free yummy, nutritious bread recipe with you before the end of winter! This bread is also easy to make. Try it out and let me know what you think…
ALMOND FLOUR BREAD*
2 c. blanched almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 c. ground flax seeds
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
5 large eggs
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small loaf pan. Put all the dry ingredients in the food processor and mix.
Add wet ingredients and pulse until blended (about 5 times)
Pour into the greased pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Remove from the pan. Refrigerate.
*get all organic ingredients, if possible
Enjoy this bread as an alternative to wheat bread with soups, or have it toasted with some avocado or eggs, it even makes great French toast.
