We all know that food is important to nourish ourselves, but how exactly do we consciously nourish ourselves on a day-to-day basis? Here is where many of us throw up our hands in confusion.

Just go on Instagram or Youtube and you will see lots of people telling you lots of different things about how to eat "right." Yet, hardly any of them take individual constitutions or seasonal awareness into consideration.

Our modern awareness of nutrition tends to generalize - what is good for one person is good for everyone. The other tendency is to break food down in to pieces and parts - protein, vitamins, fats, carbs, etc, but Ayurveda has a different, more wholistic view. 

I want to share a series of videos with you about the current protein craze and how I look at these types of nutritional fads from the perspective of Ayurveda.

Each video is less than 2 minutes. Perhaps they will lead you to reconsider how much pressure you are putting on yourself to consume protein, and if it is actually supporting the outcomes you seek.
