Celebrate With Me!
Mar 22, 2026
While celebrating anything these days may feel challenging with all that is going on in the world, it is important. Uncertainty and instability exist, and we must not lose our ability to sing, dance, connect, and be nourished by the world. I would love to receive a reply back from you with anything that I can join you in celebrating, and I want to invite you to join me in celebrating a few things that are happening in this community:
1. Yesterday we celebrated the Spring Equinox with our online retreat as a gathering of a divine group of women. We honored the shift in seasons with yoga, Ayurveda, art, community, and meditation. Connecting through experiences like this is so needed right now. Thanks to all who showed up!
Above is a picture of the drawings we made that symbolize the expansion from seeds that we are witnessing in the natural world and experiencing energetically inside of ourselves.
A the retreat, I also shared several poems, like this one!
Let’s welcome this season with a poem:
Why I Wake Early by Mary Oliver
Hello, sun in my face.
Hello, you who made the morning
and spread it over the fields
and into the faces of the tulips
and the nodding morning glories,
and into the windows of, even, the
miserable and the crotchety –best preacher that ever was,
dear star, that just happens
to be where you are in the universe
to keep us from ever-darkness,
to ease us with warm touching,
to hold us in the great hands of light –
good morning, good morning, good
morning.Watch, now, how I start the day
in happiness, in kindness.
2. Last week, I launched my new website with photography from Betsy Blake, and a beautiful video made by Kat Reeves (see link below). My hope is that it communicates the incredible power and transformation available in the Vitality Circle as the center of the work that I do. I would deeply appreciate you sharing it with anyone that you feel would resonate! Thank you!
Wishing you a peaceful and transformative week ahead.
