Your Superpower: Noticing
Jan 11, 2026
Noticing is one of the most powerful—and often overlooked—skills for true wellbeing. We shouldn’t jump to just “doing more” — we are better of to start with seeing more. When you learn to genuinely notice how you sleep after eating certain foods, how your energy changes with the seasons, how your mood shifts with stress or rest, and how your body responds to being nourished or neglected… everything changes.
Awareness turns habits into wisdom. Your senses become guidance. Your body becomes an ally instead of a mystery.
Noticing turns unconscious habits into conscious choices. Your senses and your entire body becomes a trusted guide instead of something you fight or ignore. You start to recognize patterns and respond with care rather than criticism. Over time, this creates a deep sense of self-trust, clarity, and steadiness that no quick fix or fad can offer.
Lately, I have been noticing a lot more specifics about the Winter season as it relates to the menopausal shift. I see nuances in the lives of the women in the Vitality Circle and in my own life too. I continue to dive deeper into the wisdom of perimenopause and post menopause each season. That is part of what excites me about continuing to offer the seasonal Women's Wisdom Workshops. The Winter Workshop coming up on January 24th is going to be a bit different from past workshops because of this deeper noticing the Winter naturally inspires in us.
The kind of noticing I want to invite you into doesn’t just improve your health—it changes your relationship with yourself. You become more present, more compassionate, and more able to choose what truly supports your wellbeing, day after day. This changes as you evolve into the next version of yourself through menopause.
Cheers to your noticing and honoring what you find! I hope to see you soon.
