Truly, the most amazing women are drawn to work with me as clients and some of them move into leadership roles in the Heartfelt Wellbeing community.

Today, I would like to introduce you to the Heartfelt Wellbeing Team*, so you can get to know these phenomenal women too!

Anne Wester, 48, (Pitta predominant) lives in Salida, CO and works as an Assistant to Hannah & Realtor.

What drew you to learning Ayurveda: More self-love

Favorite food: Spinach & Pizza

Your Doshic superpower: Driven and committed to my goals, efficient with my time.

Favorite Sanskrit word: Savasana :-) (As a pitta, slowing down and resting has been challenging to incorporate in my day but when I do there are huge benefits!)

One thing you wish everyone knew about Ayurveda: It's more simple than you think and is a great way to love yourself deeply.

What you love about the Heartfelt Wellbeing community: The non-judgmental, supportive, loving, vulnerable group of women (sometimes rare to find).

What you do for fun: Mountain Biking, Hiking, Hanging with my awesome kids who are 15 & 13 yrs. old

The biggest health benefit you have seen from working with Hannah: Realizing my happiness is just as important as anyone else's. When I take care of myself, I show up for myself and others in a healthier, more grounded way.

Jacqui Pile, 61, (Vata predominant) is a Yoga Instructor/Ayurveda Wellness Coach from Abingdon, VA.

What drew me to Ayurveda: the feeling of depletion and feeling “out of sync” with my body, mind and spirit.

My favorite food: the sweet potato

My Doshic Superpower: beginning my day naturally early (before sunrise) and when in balance, I typically feel energized and present to my body, to nature and to those around me.

My favorite Sanskrit: Santosha/Contentment

One thing I wish everyone knew about Ayurveda: that truly caring for your “whole self” can be as simple as tuning into Mother Nature and really listening to your body and understanding what it needs.

What I love about the Heartfelt Wellbeing Community: the sense of connection that we continually have with each other, while exploring the different layers of Ayurveda.

What I do for fun: often involves being outdoors, especially involving water (SUP, kayaking, AquaYoga and swimming).

The biggest health benefit from working with Hannah: is that I am finally feeling truly healthy, strong and energized!

Kathleen Snellings, 60, (Kapha) resides wherever her motorcoach is parked; Naples, FL in the winter and a new location each week the rest of the year. She is a retired dentist.

What drew you to learning Ayurveda: a desire to lose weight, desire to recover from physical and mental depletion, and learn new ways of caring for myself.

Favorite food: spicy vegetable and meat concoctions in a nest of shredded Brussels sprouts

Your Doshic superpower: grounding hugs

Favorite Sanskrit word: moksha-liberation/freedom; for me moksha is a goal, a guide, a way of being that pushes me to and beyond the edges of growth that both scare and excite me.

One thing you wish everyone knew about Ayurveda: that understanding life through the lens of dosha has unlimited potential for understanding, compassion, and empathy for self and others.

The biggest health benefit you have seen from working with Hannah: I love my whole self. Hannah teaches/encourages me embrace my strengths and cultivate support for things that challenge; to act on my best behalf. The results are evident in many ways, for example, increased physical strength& flexibility, normalized A1C, no medications, reduced stress, well nourished & glowing skin/hair/nails, elevated emotional intelligence, good digestion… In the loving, supportive, and safe space of Vitality Circle I have the opportunity to try on new ways of showing up in the world with confidence, developing a trust in my own worthiness that brings forth my most true self in every facet of my life; it is hard to describe all the gifts of personal evolution tucked away in the practice of the 10 habits.

What you love about the Heartfelt Wellbeing community: Supportive, safe, and empowering connection with other women on a self love journey.

What you do for fun: colored pencil, watercolor, photography artist; coddiwomple around the continental US

Monica Wayts, 50, (Vata predominant) is an Artist from Grand Prairie, TX.

What drew you to learning Ayurveda: perimenopausal symptoms

Favorite food: sushi; stuffed dosas

Favorite Sanskrit word: dharma (finding my purpose in this life)

One thing you wish everyone knew about Ayurveda: it meets you where you are in your current life stage

What you love about the Heartfelt Wellbeing community: the true Sisterhood of communal support

What you do for fun: anything art related (currently book-making), hiking, attending art and music festivals

The biggest health benefit you have seen from working with Hannah: my inner healing which has led to finding my voice, confidence, and sense of belonging. I’ve been able to address my hormonal needs through diet, lifestyle, and herbal supplements.

Lauren Giusti (pronounced “Juice-Tea”), 62, (Pitta predominant) lives in Loveland, CO and Salida, CO and is a soon to be retired Graphic Designer.

What drew you to learning Ayurveda: I love the idea of living in rhythm with nature, with the seasons, and according to our own body type. I was pointed to a great teacher, and soon realized the depth of learning there was to be had. Also, it was a transitional time of my life when I lost my mother and brother and needed to learn how to take care of myself. I had the time and money and the desire to learn something new. It was perfect timing.

Favorite food: Buddha Bowls of all kinds. I like the dynamic and creative approach of putting things together differently each time.

Your Doshic superpower: I have high energy and a great digestive system. I am organized and task-oriented.

Favorite Sanskrit word: Either "Sukha/Dukha" because it is so fun or Asatmendriyartha Samyoga because it is the longest way to say "Disrespect of the Senses."
